Transnational Partners Meeting I, Kickoff in Finland
On December 2017 was held in Joensuu Finland, the kick-off meeting of Erasmus+ European project: «Fostering Re-engagement in Science , Learning through Open Science Schooling» which will last for two and a half years.
This project, involving partners from Finland, Catalonia, Romania, Poland, Greece, Portugal, Lithuania and Israel is funded by the European Commission within the Erasmus + KA2, Cooperation for Innovation and Good Practice Exchange program and aims to engage students in REAL-LIFE science challenges in the society and also engage schools and students in practical science collaboration with resources in the community, including research, science, innovation and social resources and stakeholders. Through this project the consortium aims to provide the students with the opportunity and resources to develop a different image of what science is and what science could be for them, linking in much more narrative ways to the identity and personality of the young students.
